Police Health Plan has once again proved it is a cut above the rest by winning the 2019 Consumer People’s Choice award for health insurance providers.
The award was presented to the Police Welfare Fund by Consumer NZ general manager business Derek Bonnar.
It was determined through a Consumer survey in August 2019, in which Police Health Plan achieved a 98 per cent satisfaction rating. Eighty-eight per cent of respondents said they were very satisfied with the health insurance provider.
“You knocked it out of the park,” Derek told staff, referring to the exceptionally high satisfaction rating when compared with competitors.
Police Health Plan’s strong performance was further cemented by a remarkable 0 per cent dissatisfaction score in the survey. “I’ve never seen a result like that before,” he said.
The endorsement allows Police Health Plan to display the Consumer People’s Choice tick of approval icon on its promotional material, giving extra assurance if you join the plan.
