About the Role:
Based in our Wellington national office, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects related to the holiday home portfolio. This role will oversee end to end property projects including planning, coordinating, and executing projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
This role may be required to provide support in the facilities and property management area.
Additionally, the Property Project Manager will:
- Work with the Property and Operations Manager to establish a year in advance refurbishment schedule.
- Work within our established refurbishment standards and processes.
- Support the Property and Operations Manager in executing the property strategy.
- Be proactive about health and safety within the office and property portfolios.
- Foster strong working relationships with the holiday home care takers and contractors across NZ.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will be able to manage projects from start to end with proven project management experience. You will be self-driven and have excellent relationship management skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in project management
- Experience in the property industry and a good understanding of health and safety in the property context would be advantageous
- Experience in contractor engagement and management
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to travel when required
